Hot/Cold Therapy Pack - Round Pack of 2
These round hot/cold packs are incredibly beneficial for a breastfeeding Mama. The warm option is perfect for helping release clogs. The cold option can help reduce the pain that can come and go throughout her breastfeeding journey.
To heat, pack with damp cloth or paper towel and microwave for 15 seconds. Add additional 5 second intervals, until the desired temperature is reached.
To cool, freeze for at least 2 hours. The pack should only be applied to the relief area for the doctor recommended time of 20 minutes.
